How Sponsorship Works

Psalm 82:3 Mission believes in equipping the saints for the works of service by developing relationships between donors and those we serve in Liberia. Although the recommended monthly support amount is $40/month, any monthly support amount is welcome.

While some orphan care ministries use a child sponsorship model that allocates money to specific children, Psalm 82:3 Mission treats the orphanage as a family unit and therefore donations contribute to the collective operational cost of the orphanage.

100% of the funds donated through monthly sponsorships and one-time donations are used for the care of the children within the orphanage. This includes food, clothing, school-related expenses, rent, utilities, medical expenses, and modest wages for the orphanage staff.

Your sponsorship stays with the child you are connected to. If the child moves to off-site foster care or ages out of our homes, your sponsorship continues to provide for their basic needs until they are grown.
