Meet Our Liberia-Based Board
In addition to our U.S. based board, Psalm 82:3 Mission operates, we also have a dedicated group of individuals in Liberia who make-up the Liberia-based Board. These individuals are dedicated to defending the weak and fatherless of Liberia. The Board of Directors consists of individuals that love Jesus and are intentionally invested in the vision of Psalm 82:3 Mission.
Eric Favour Roberts
Liberia Board Chairman
Eric Favour Roberts serve as the lead pastor of City of Praise Church TWC Ministries, Liberia. He is happily married to Mrs. Benetta Diggs Roberts and their union is blessed with six biological children and five adopted children. He is the Proprietor of City International Day Care and Elementary School.
Madam Julia K. Bono

Madam Julia K Bonon is a retired soldier and former Mayor of the Port City of Buchanan. She was married to the late Rev. Frank Bono which union was blessed with two children and two beautiful grandchildren. Madam Julia was also blessed by God to bring up more children as her own under the umbrella of Catherine Memorial Home.
Lloyd Peters

Lloyd Peters has been married to his childhood girlfriend, Mrs. Deborah Peters for 9+ years. Together they have three beautiful kids. Lloyd served as lead auditor for the FBSJ Management Consultant from 2015 to 2018. Currently, he serves as the chairman on education at the Paynesville Harvest Christian Academy, & as the general secretary with City of Praise Church
Henrietta Tukeh

Henrietta Tukeh is happily married to Mr. Perry Pratt. Their union is blessed with seven living children. Henrietta is a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ and an educator by profession.
Morris Johnson Freeman
Board Member
Morris Johnson Freeman is a founding member of Psalm 823 Liberia and former chairman of the board of directors. Morris served as the first project manager from 2018-2020.
